Members of the Union of Descendants of the Russian Nobility - the Assembly of the Russian Nobility (ARN) may be the citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign citizens, persons without citizenship and with dual citizenship of both sexes, belonging to the Russian Nobility and descendants of Russian Noble Families who have reached 18 years old, who recognize the Charter of the ARN and the "State and Socio-Political Concept of the ARN", and successfully passed the examination procedure of the documents by the Department of Gerold and the Admission Committee of the ARN.
